Lionel Messi's Hyperreal® HyperModel® avatar has been featured in two ticketed global immersive experience tours.
I was tasked of doing his digital double. We got a basic scan of him, from there I cleaned it, enhanced the basic details then use our template metahuman mesh and wrapped it onto the cleaned scan. I did the textures (albedo, roughness,reflection,etc., groom, teeth, lookdev etc. I was also tasked to do the blendshapes and body corrective blendshape. Those renders are rendered in V-ray but the delivery product was in Unreal engine.
